CONTENT CREATION

Turn what your business knows into content customers understand.

Use real work, expertise and customer questions to create useful content for social media, advertising and the website—without forcing every business into the same production package.

Script only, editing only, selected stages—or the complete content cycle.

CONTENT WITH A JOB

Good content helps customers understand the business before they contact it.

Posting constantly is not the goal. Each piece should help the right person notice, understand, trust or act.

01

Get noticed

Show the work, result or customer problem clearly enough to earn attention.

02

Explain

Help people understand the service, process, choices and what to expect.

03

Build confidence

Use real knowledge, people and work to make the business easier to trust.

04

Support action

Guide interested people toward the website, enquiry, booking or relevant offer.

FLEXIBLE BY DESIGN

Choose one stage, combine a few, or let us manage the full cycle.

Some businesses can film but need scripts. Others already have footage and need editing. The work and quote should match the support actually required—not force every client into the same package.

1. What should the content help accomplish?

2. Which parts should Webbotica handle?

3. What usable material already exists?

ONE IDEA, USED INTELLIGENTLY

A useful recording can support more than one customer touchpoint.

The raw idea can be adapted for different contexts. It should not be copied blindly onto every platform.

THE CONTENT CYCLE

Script, shoot, edit and analyse—each stage has a different job.

The complete cycle is available, but each stage can also stand alone when the business already handles the others.

01

Script

Choose one customer question, decide the message and build a natural structure with a useful opening.

  • Topic planning
  • Opening and flow
  • Filming direction
  • Customer action
02

Shoot

Capture the real work with clear audio, useful angles and enough supporting footage for the intended formats.

  • On-location filming
  • Process footage
  • Team or voiceover
  • Vertical and horizontal framing
03

Edit

Remove unnecessary parts, improve pacing and present the message clearly for the destination.

  • Structure and pacing
  • Captions
  • Brand presentation
  • Platform adaptations
04

Analyse

Use audience behaviour and customer action to improve the next topic, script or format.

  • Watch time
  • Engagement quality
  • Clicks and enquiries
  • Next-cycle decisions

START WITH REAL QUESTIONS

Useful content already exists inside the business.

The best starting topics are usually the questions customers ask, the work they do not understand and the proof they look for before choosing.

CLEANING BUSINESS

Show the standard, process and real result.

Cleaning is easy to underestimate until customers see what is included and how the work is completed.

  • What is included in a deep clean?
  • Before-and-after result with context
  • Common end-of-lease mistakes
  • What customers should prepare beforehand

CAMERA CONFIDENCE IS NOT A REQUIREMENT

The owner does not always need to become the face of the content.

The format should suit the business, the message and the people involved—not whatever style is currently trending.

Owner or team on camera

Useful when personal expertise, explanation or familiarity improves trust.

Process and work footage

Show hands, equipment, products, worksites and the service without a presenter.

Voiceover or text-led

Explain the process over footage or use concise written guidance when speaking is unnecessary.

Photography and visual proof

Use projects, products, before-and-after examples and supporting graphics where they communicate best.

ADAPT THE MESSAGE TO THE DESTINATION

The same source can support different channels—but each version needs its own job.

A social post, website explanation and advertisement may begin with the same footage, but they should not be identical.

01

Social content

Build recognition, demonstrate work and give people useful reasons to remember the business.

02

Website content

Explain services in greater depth, support trust and help customers make a considered decision.

How websites use content
03

Advertising content

Use a focused message, strong opening and single customer action for a specific audience.

How advertising works

LEARN, DO NOT CHASE VANITY

A smaller audience can be more valuable when it contains the right customers.

Views matter only in context. The goal is to understand whether people stayed interested, took the next step and helped reveal what should be created next.

WORKING WITH WEBBOTICA

Use the level of support that makes sense for your team.

We can contribute to a single stage, combine selected services or manage the complete cycle. The proposal makes the selected work, deliverables, publishing responsibility and content ownership clear.

SELECTED SUPPORT

Use us where the gap exists.

  • Script writing only
  • Editing footage you already recorded
  • Filming while your team publishes
  • Analysis and content planning
  • Any useful combination

FULL PRODUCTION

Let us manage the complete cycle.

  • Topic and content planning
  • Script writing
  • Filming
  • Editing and adaptations
  • Performance review

CLEAR OWNERSHIP

Your accounts and approved content remain yours.

  • Client owns social and advertising accounts
  • Final approved content belongs to the client
  • Raw-footage delivery is defined in the proposal
  • Webbotica receives only required access
  • Access can be removed when management ends

HONEST EXPECTATIONS

Content can improve clarity, familiarity and learning—but no one can guarantee virality, fixed views or immediate enquiries.

We control the planning, production quality and improvement process. Audience behaviour, platform distribution and customer demand remain outside any agency’s control.

Can Webbotica write scripts while we film and edit?

Yes. Script writing can be supplied as a standalone service, including topic planning, openings, structure, talking points and practical filming direction.

Can you edit footage we have already recorded?

Yes. We can work from usable client-supplied footage and handle structure, pacing, captions, formatting and platform adaptations. The quote depends on footage volume, condition and required outputs.

Can you manage everything?

Yes. Full production can include planning, scripts, filming, editing, channel adaptations and performance analysis. Publishing can also be discussed where account access and responsibilities are clearly agreed.

Do I need to appear on camera?

No. Voiceover, process footage, team participation, photography, text-led explanations and product or service demonstrations can all work without the owner presenting.

Can one piece be used across several platforms?

The same raw material can be adapted across social media, websites, advertising and Google Business Profile. Each version should be adjusted for its purpose, format and customer action.

Who owns the finished content?

The client owns the final approved content after the agreed payment obligations are completed. Raw footage, editable project files, stock assets and third-party licences should be defined separately in the proposal.

How is content creation priced?

The quote reflects the selected stages, filming requirements, number of outputs, editing complexity, locations and ongoing frequency. Script-only and editing-only work are not priced as though a full production crew were required.
